Inside the machine The manufacturer recently announced that their support of S-Series will cease effective from 2013. Our S-Series customers can be assured that we will continue to offer maintenance, support and spares for S-Series systems for the entire life of that system.

Contracted Hardware Support

For those of you who prefer complete coverage, we offer a choice of two service plans:-

Full Service Agreement - For those who would like assistance with on-site maintenance, this plan includes on-site preventative maintenance and emergency on-site repair service at no additional cost.

Remote Co-operative Agreement - If you have technically competent staff we can train them to act as first line support for your NonStop Himalaya [Tandem] system. With on-site hot spares, this service option reduces your downtime as you do not have to wait for a support technician to visit site or for spares to be delivered.

Ad-hoc Hardware Support

CE Engineering can offer off-contract hardware and software support and system management to cover unforeseen incidents or to provide holiday and sickness coverage.
