CE Engineering can supply new and refurbished HP NonStop Himalaya [Tandem] Computers and their associated peripherals.

All refurbished equipment is tested prior to dispatch and is certified to be eligible for maintenance by the manufacturer.

S-Series Overview

We supply new and refurbished S-Series hardware often from stock with manufacturer's warranty or our own warranty and maintenance options.

With the announcement that they will no longer sell S-Series from 2008, the manufacturer has confirmed that the NS-Series (Integrity) generation is now its sole focus. The manufacturer also confirmed that their hardware support of S-Series will cease effective from 2013. Our S-Series customers can be assured that we will continue to maintain and support their S-Series systems for the entire life of that system.

In recent months we have seen an increase in the volumes of S-Series equipment coming to the market. This trend is expected to continue as the initial take up of NS-Series releases legacy systems.

Should you have an S-Series system available for disposal, whether moving off the platform or planning to upgrade, contact us. By connecting customers with requirement for 'obsolete' S-Series and customers with systems for disposal we can extend the life of these systems making them viable long into the future.

K-Series Overview

Software support for K-Series has been extended indefinitely. As a result, many users are taking a long term view of their current K-Series systems.

The high availability and low price of the hardware makes K-Series the bargain of the Tandem platform. We guarantee our customers on-going support for their K-Series systems for the life of that system.

We can supply all models of K-Series refurbished hardware from stock certified to be eligible for maintenance by the manufacturer and covered by our own comprehensive warranty.

Attractively priced maintenance options are available on all K-Series systems.

Legacy Overview

Many of us were introduced to the Tandem world through the TXP and VLX systems.  Most have moved on, but there are still a number of these systems providing good reliable service.

For as long as our customers continue to express a requirement for legacy systems, their components and peripherals we will continue to stock them.

Even if you do not have a current requirement, please let us know if you are still running legacy Tandem systems to help us decide what we should continue to stock.

Software

CE Engineering can facilitate the supply of Operating System software/licenses and application software. We do not however provide software pre-sales or consultancy directly. If you have a specific requirement contact us to see if we can compete on price.
